On the Feedbacks page of our Field Project website, we gathered valuable insights from Pune Metro users
to analyze their experiences. We created visual charts to display data on peak travel times, passenger
demographics, and satisfaction levels. This feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and
highlights the efficiency of the Pune Metro system among commuters.
During our visit to one of the Pune Metro stations, we gathered information about the One Pune Card.
This contactless smart card allows commuters to travel conveniently across the Pune Metro network. It
can be easily recharged online and used for cashless transactions, not just for metro travel but also
for various other services in the city, making it a versatile option for daily commuters.
